Rotadex System Ltd.

Established since 1953, Rotadex is a manufacturer and supplier of filing and storage solutions for the office environment. Products include space saving lateral and rotary filing systems. Rotadex also produce an extensive range of stack and bespoke manilla files and folders.

At the start of the two year project the internal management accounts were out of date and inaccurate. A qualified accountant was about to leave, the company was operating at its overdraft limit and cash was very tight.

Management did not know how profitable the company was, how to improve cash control, the true margins or the extent to which overheads were over budget.
